A big thank you to Gareth Davies one of CSBTs current trustees, who is stepping back to be able to spend more time on family commitments. We aren’t losing Gareth’s expertise entirely as he will stay on as a volunteer – but on behalf of everyone here at CSBT a huge thank you for all your help and support over the past years.
Skills Store Project

Air Source Heat Pumps at GBH
Team members from Daiken and Blue Flame from Penryn attended GBH to review the performance of the two ASHPs we have onsite. We also discussed the possibility of providing us with a later version to monitor comparative performances.
Cornwall College Group
Offer degree courses in Landscape Design in partnership with Eden Learning Ltd and have had increased numbers of students year on year since September 2016. We met with John Evens CEO, Cornwall College Group and Anton Alekiev at GBH to do a general review and to discuss working with them for another 5 years.
WikiHouse
The aim of WikiHouse is to put the knowledge & tools to build beautiful, zero-carbon buildings into the hands of every citizen, community and business. We met them in September to discuss working with them on building a small, digitally cut Wikihouse here in Cornwall.
Gwer Delen Ltd
Gwer Delen is a dedicated materials supplier and producer that serves the emerging sustainable housing market and specializes in fostering innovative and comprehensive solutions for clients. CSBT met with them earlier this month and are looking forward to progressing this relationship further.

e-tech learning
A thank you to our partners.
We were lucky enough to work with e-tech learning to deliver the online aspect of our Skills Store courses. They specialise in sustainable energy and power generation offering online and site-based technical training for all levels of operations staff at thermal and biological energy generating facilities. They both authored and developed our foundation modules on energy and heat pumps.
